We deliver orders across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Delivery Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
Standard delivery generally takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Remote areas may require additional delivery time.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are based on the parcel weight:

Up to 0.5 kg: Rs. 250
Above 0.5 kg up to 1 kg: Rs. 500
Above 1 kg: Rs. 500 for the first 1 kg + Rs. 160 for each additional kg

Applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders and locations. We may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Failed Delivery / Refused Orders

If an order cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable, provides incorrect information, or refuses to accept the parcel, the order may be returned to us. Additional delivery charges may apply if the order is requested again.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being unavailable for future orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, opened, or contains an incorrect/missing item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos/videos so we can investigate and assist you.

Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be shared after your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates are provided by the courier and may take some time to appear.
